As we are edging closer to the end of 2016 and also festive seasons, it's time to get sentimental. There weren't many important events in 2016 if compared to 2015, so instead of an annual summary, we recap all the way from 1998.
There weren't many important milestones in the years before 2011, the notable ones are the launch of Lelong (rebranded from Buypc.com.my), AirAsia (with the turnaround by Tony Fernandes) and the start of online payment gateway companies.
